Plastic and metal INJECTION molding - tools since 1950

QMS is the procedure that FERONYL applies in order to verify the conformity of the parts produced. Thanks to our ERP system, we can also trace the use of the raw materials. The traceability makes it possible to see at all times and for each batch, what parameters were programmed and what batch of raw material was used.

Due to the growing demand for parts of an increasingly high technical and qualitative level, FERONYL is constantly improving its procedures.

Parts that are in conformity also increase the customer´s efficiency, since assembly is easier and faster.

PPM

The quality of the parts furnished to our customers being one of FERONYL´s major objectives, the lowest possible PPM indicator was set. To respect this objective and in order to constantly satisfy our customers, training courses and information sessions are conducted daily with our operators in order to optimize our production checks.

During the monthly meetings, actions are discussed and taken for improving the control process in order to preserve our objective.

Definitions of the objectives

Our quality management system, framed by the standards ISO9001:2015 and EN9100:2016, is the driving force of our ambition. In our view it constitutes a valuable tool on which we base ourselves in order to continuously improve our internal functioning and thus the quality of our products and our image vis-à-vis the customers.

For this our system is based on a set of processes with several objectives to be respected for each department.

These objectives are disseminated and the progress being made is evaluated during Process Meetings.
