Plastic and metal INJECTION molding - tools since 1950
Worthwhile partnerships are born and develop within an open and enduring relationship between FERONYL and its customers. This entails an intensive and mutual commitment and dialogue from the very first stages of a new project, making it possible to lay the foundations of a long-term relationship. In the field of technical plastics, this notion of partnership is especially essential, because the evolution of the materials is both rapid and complex.

1. Analysis

First of all, we study your project as well as your specifications.

2. Technical proposal

This mainly involves jointly defining the feasible tolerances, the materials recommended for the application, but also and above all looking together to see whether the part could, while respecting its function, be simplified in terms of the design in order to reduce the mold costs, the assemblies and the final price.

3. Validation of the project

Before making the mold, we can also propose to you the following supplementary services that will enable you to make the final decisions concerning the project:

- Rapid prototyping: in order to validate designs and concepts, we can help you to create machined prototypes, in stereolithography, in powder sintering, in PU resin cast in silicone molds, ...

- FEM study: in order to validate certain mechanical strengths, we could perform simulations in order to guarantee the functionality of your product.

- Moldflow:in order to validate certain designs of the part before making the molds, we can help you to perform an injection simulation making it possible to help us better design the injection molds.

In order to ultimately propose to you the project that will fully correspond to your expectations and which can be achieved at an affordable cost from an industrial perspective.

4. Making the molds

As a function of various criteria - complexity of the project, implementation period, choice of the material, workshop workload, etc. - we may be led to have the mold made by the Sub-Alliance company Tecnolon Works, or to subcontract it to certain partners, either local or from Portugal, Eastern Europe, China or even India, where we are developing partnerships with a number of companies on site.

5. Validation of the prototypes and control

After validation of the prototypes, we strive to deliver the parts to you within the confirmed deadlines, all while maintaining in the different phases of the process a quality control whose target is zero PPM.

6. Delivery

Depending on what you prefer, the parts will be packaged in bulk or in specific customized packagings and sent to your workshops.
